Vivian is Founder and President of Lifework Coaching Inc., a company that specializes in Personal Coaching and Professional Development.

Her coaching philosophy of “learning by doing” evolved out of her commitment to adventure, athleticism, and an interest in understanding human behaviour. For twelve years, as a professional coach, she has used rock climbing and other experiential activities as metaphors for learning. Through one on one coaching, connecting with the outdoors, self-awareness exercises, and assessment tools, she coaches corporate teams and individuals to realize their potential and translate their learning into effective personal and team strategies.

Co-creator of "Communication for Success" Program - approved by the Toronto District School Board and the Ontario College of Teachers (March 2002) to deliver as a credit course for the Professional Learning Program.
Consultant with the Pacific Center for Leadership, based in Canmore, Alberta, where she worked as a facilitator on a variety of team and leadership initiatives.

Vivian enjoys coaching individuals from all walks of life who are willing to take responsibility for personal discovery and awareness, embrace the transitions needed to move forward, and commit to follow through. Her national and international corporate clients include mid to senior level executives in the Wine Industry, Investment Banking, International Marketing, Construction, Real Estate, Education, Public Recreation, and the Hospitality Industry.
